- During the new client consultation, our representative will come to your home to gather all important information about your home, your pet(s) and your routine. Our representative will gather (2) tested keys* & any other device needed to gain immediate access to your home, review the services contract contract and confirm service dates..
Important Note: *Companion Pet Services retains all keys and fobs on file for future services. If keys are to be returned, there is a $15 trip charge to return them and ll keys must be returned in person and signed for by an authorized individual. No exceptions.
Due to the time sensitive nature of our business, we are unable to provide services to buildings that require the checking in and out of keys and fobs. Immediate access to residence is necessary.
